Wildlife Art Painting with Marilee Ragland (8-12 yrs) March 24 - April 7, 2009 (Tuesdays, 3:30-5pm) — Studio time is 3:45pm-5:15pm (Studio B). Students will be encouraged to bring together the components of nature, preservation, and biology with various art forms. The Junior Wildlife Art Exhibit will be held in conjunction with Fallbrook Art Center May 2 & 3 annual wildlife exhibition. In this special series, students will create three separate projects, one of which will be submitted into the Junior Wildlife Art Exhibit "Oceans & Shores" contest. The judging of the Jr. Wildlife Art Show will be conducted by a jury of 3 professional artists. Award winners will be recognized at the Opening Night reception on Friday May 1st between 4:30pm-6pm. The Jr. Wildlife Exhibit will be available for public viewing Sat. May 2nd and Sun. May 3rd from 12pm-4pm.
